All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refund policies are determined by the event organizer. Sudvin Event & Expo acts as the ticketing platform and is not responsible for event cancellations by third-party organizers.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Referral commissions are calculated at 10% of the total ticket value for confirmed bookings made through the referral link. Commissions are subject to review and may be adjusted with prior notice.
Sudvin Event & Expo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or attendance at events managed through our services.
